* WPF - Windows Presentation Foundation - Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) provides developers with a unified programming model for building rich Windows smart client user experiences that incorporate UI, media, and documents.
* Silverlight experience
They love candidates that are very well rounded. Consultants that have been a team lead in their projects and know how to architect.
