SQL Report Developer-Lisle, Contract, 5365

3-6 month project creating SQL Reports from a Hosted SQL Database.

Here's the story; They recently purchased a bakery plant in FL and are trying to create reports (Finance/ Accounting) from that purchase. They hired a small firm from MI to help replicate the data from their exisiting Axapta ERP (now known as MS Dynamic's XA - Axapta was originally developed and sold in Denmark until Microsoft aquired them) The parent company is Swedish.

He will know by tomorrow or Thursday if the replication was completed without a hitch. If it does, he wants to bring a SQL Report Developer to help customize some accounting reports. He will let the small firm handle 15-20 general reports, but they will need customized accounting reports to be built from the hosted site and need to develop them internally so they have ownership (not hosted).

A. SQL Reporting (Must), F&A Principles (Must), SSRS/IS/AS (Nice to Have)
B. Not Important - just solid knowledge of accounting principles (PNL, Cost of Sale, Business Rules, Etc.)
C. 1 person in IT - Lisle location
D. We discussed 3-6 months but if this person brings BI skills to the table he will fight for more budget and extend. Immediate need is report development.

He has three resumes already and his top candidates lives in Naperville, has 10 years experience doing just this at Accenture (but... the guy is out of the country and not coming back for 2 weeks).

They need a SQL Reports Developer who is familiar with Business rules and has a strong Accounting background. Reports will comprise of PNL, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, Cost of Sales, Variences, Canadian Currency Exchanges, etc. The current Database has 10K Tables and he wasnt sure what version it is.
