C# / .NET Developer- Chicago, Contract to Hire, 5354

• 3+ years of project experience developing web applications with C# and SQL Server
• Attention to design detail and front end user experiences is critical
• Database design principles and experience designing/creating DBs from scratch
• Contract OK, contract to hire quality candidates even better –fulltime opportunities can be made available
• Must be a dedicated professional – willing to go the extra mile, work an occasional long night to hit deadlines, have a positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to communicate and work in a team – this includes the ability to identify and escalate risks in a timely fashion, asking the right questions, not being afraid to ask for help, and honesty. The client succeeds on projects by working as a team in all areas.
• The client is fast paced and ever changing –candidate must, must be flexible and adaptable
• Target 3 months engagement to start
• Local, in office candidates only –no remote
• Code samples/portfolio required for evaluation
