.NET with Ruby Programmer- Chicago, Direct, 5255

Currently recruiting for a fulltime backend developer/consultant position. From a high level, the candidate should be well spoken, motivated, have client-facing polish, be a tremendous programmer and problem solver, and be looking for the fast paced, exciting environment. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Team lead experience. Ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal direction on scope, deliverables, timing, and team/resource management.
Consulting/client facing experience and polish – hugely important
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience with object oriented programming
3+ years with .net development and SQL server
2+ years with Ruby on Rails development and MySQL
Solid experience with subversion, cruise control, and source control management
3+ years with database development/design principles, including SQL
Good understanding of integrating front end technologies – HTML, CSS, etc
Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Omniplan) a big plus
Local, in-office candidates only (no remote)
