Firm with Focus on Wall Street IT and Back Office Staffing

CHICAGO, IL,
September 17, 2007 – Addison Professional Search, a rapidly-growing
specialty staffing firm focused on providing top-quality contract and
direct-hire personnel for finance and accounting, information technology
and clerical positions, today announced that it has acquired New York
City–based Strategic Corporate Solutions, LLC, a specialist in Wall
Street Operations, information technology, and administrative staffing
for the financial services industry. Prior to its acquisition by
Addison, Strategic Corporate Solutions was a division of Strategic
Workforce Solutions, a New York City-based staffing services firm.
The transaction
will expand the scope of services and continue the growth of Addison,
which was established in 1999. Addison has been recognized as one of
the fastest growing private staffing companies in the US (ranked #7) by
Staffing Industry Report and one of the “Fast 50” rapidly growing
Chicago-based companies (ranked #13) by Crain’s Chicago Business.
Strategic
Corporate Solutions brings deep expertise in serving the staffing needs
of investment banking, asset management and other financial services
firms, particularly in “back office” operations, trade support, IT and
administrative/clerical positions. In addition, it’s Midtown Manhattan
and Jersey City, NJ offices will extend the market presence of Addison,
which currently has locations in Chicago, Boston, Houston, Dallas and
Schaumburg, IL. John Costa, president of Strategic Corporate Solutions,
will continue to head the business after the combination with Addison,
joined by the 32-person Strategic Corporate Solutions team.
